Hi, Hammerhead Parents!

Tomorrow is our last meet of the season! Unbelievable! It really has flown by!

Attached are the heat sheets by event and by name. This is a home meet versus North Forest, so swimmers should be at our pool at 4:30 PM.

Remember to bring or wear your HW or solid blue swimsuit, goggles, swim caps, towels, and money for concessions.

First-shift volunteers should check in with Erin Diffenderrfer at 5:30 PM. Second-shift volunteers should check in with Erin during event number 37 and take over starting at event number 43. Thanks so much for everyone’s help this year! You have all really pitched in to help at the meets, and we appreciate it so much!

Tuesday is our end of the season party! We will have lots of fun celebrating a successful swim season together! Our coaches will give out awards, and we will have plenty of food, drink, and fun to go around! Our junior hammerhead mock meet will start at 5:30 PM at our pool. The coaches will assist the juniors in their first meet experience! We encourage everyone to come at 5:30 to cheer on our juniors! Immediately following the mock meet, we will have our party which will continue until 8:00 PM. Please join us!

COACH OF THE WEEK: Sydney Soganich

Sydney has been swimming for the Hammerheads since she was five years old and now swims for the Stingrays year round. She is a student at Wheeler High School. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, reading, cooking, and sewing. Sydney is so helpful and kind! She’s great with the youngest swimmers, and she’s always lending a helping hand with lane ropes and especially with the ribbons we give out on Ribbon Days! Thank you for all of your hard work, Sydney! We appreciate you!
