Hello, Hammerhead Parents!
Our last swim meet is on Tuesday, and we are at home against Johnson’s Landing. Our last meet! It is bittersweet because we have seen so much growth in the kids this season. We hope you’ve enjoyed it as much as we have!
We need a donation of baked goods or $10, payable on our website: https://hamptonwoods.swimtopia.com/shop (We have enough drinks, but if you’ve already bought drinks, you can still drop them off.) We ask that each family make a one-time donation of baked goods, drinks, or $10 to help with swim team costs. Please cheer them on! Juniors should arrive by 4:15pm so we can start promptly at 4:30pm. We will start warmups at 5:00pm, and the meet will begin at 6:00pm
as usual.
We will have lots of yummy concessions, so please bring your CASH and come hungry! We will have:
- Chick-Fil-A sandwiches
- grilled jerk chicken marinated using Lifeguard Gerald’s authentic Jamaican recipe 🇯🇲
- hamburgers
- hot dogs
- baked goods
- chips
- candy
- frozen ICE POPS as big as my arm!
As always, remember that your swimmer will need a royal blue swimsuit, a Hammerhead t-shirt, goggles, a towel, and a swim cap (optional).

Thank you for all the cheering, volunteer hours, early mornings, and late nights this season! We keep learning right along with the swimmers, and we hope swim team has been a good experience for each of you! Please thank our coaches for their dedication to our Hammerheads. They are the ones your kids will remember when they think of summer swim league, and we are truly grateful for their caring and cheerful spirits!
