We're excited to swim against the Princeton Lakes Piranhas tomorrow night!
Arrive by 5:15 pm: Princeton Lakes Pool, 1403 Drexel Court, Marietta, GA 30068.

Please see the attached overview of where to park, concessions, etc. Parking spots P4-P6 are reserved for our Head Coach and coordinators.

Notes for this meet:

1. Lineups will be sent out tomorrow from Coach Olivia. 
2. Please note where the AWAY team spectators (that's us!) can place chairs, tents, etc. Parents cannot sit on the pool deck for this meet.
3. BULLPEN: Your swimmers need to remain in the AWAY Bullpen (on the pool deck) throughout the meet so they do not miss their events. Please do not have your swimmers sitting with you in the spectator section, or there could be tears after a missed event! Help our Bullpen volunteers by having your child remain in the bullpen!

A Note On DQs/Disqualifications

The Cobb Summer Swim League officials observe the meet to ensure all swimmers swim the correct stroke during each event. This helps ensure that swimmers are rewarded for both speed and accuracy. A DQ can help the swimmer understand how to improve, but also means the swimmer does not officially place. Beginning with Meet 3, DQ'd swimmers will receive a participation ribbon instead of a place ribbon. Almost all swimmers get DQ'd at some point, especially when first learning the strokes! It's a learning process! The coaches will work with any DQ'd swimmer to correct the stroke for the next meet. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected].
