Hammerhead team:
We will not be having official practice this morning due to unforeseen circumstances. Your swimmers may come and swim at their own risk this morning with a parent or caregiver on deck with them during their designated time. There will not be a lifeguard on deck this morning.
Junior practice is cancelled.

MEET TONIGHT:
We'll see our regular swimmers tonight at 5:15 at Princeton Lakes for our meet! PLEASE NOTE: Princeton Lakes has DIVE BLOCKS. Swimmers can practice diving off the blocks at warm ups. In the meet, your swimmer can sit dive or dive off the blocks.
