The day you have all been waiting for has arrived!  Registration for our 2023 Hampton Woods Hammerheads Swim Team season is now open.  You can access the Registration Form by clicking on the Registration tab at the top of the page.  

For Juniors, you should use the Swim Team registration form to register your Junior(s) if you are registering at least one Swim Team member.  If you are only registering Junior swimmers, you should use the separate Juniors registration form which is also accessible from the Registration tab.  

Fees for all Swimmers:

• 1st Swimmer: $125
• 2nd Swimmer: $115
• 3rd Swimmer: $100
• 4th Swimmer: $75

Each swimmer (Juniors and Swim Team) will be charged a fee for Swimtopia ($3.32).  Swim Team swimmers only will be charged a fee paid to Cobb Summer Swim League ($9.31).  Both of these fees are in addition to the registration fees above.  All swimmers will receive a free t-shirt with registration.

We have introduced an optional "early" practice time this year for working parents and those swimmers who want to squeeze a practice in before other activities.  Swimmers can only attend one practice per day (i.e., cannot attend the optional practice and normal practice).  For those who want to take advantage of the "early" practice, we will require signup in advance to ensure we have enough coaches available.  We will have to reserve the right not to hold "early" practice if we don't have sufficient coaching staff to cover it, but will do everything possible to make it work.

Practice Times

May 15 - May 23 (no Juniors practice during this time)

• 5:00pm - 5:45pm: Swim Team members ages 5-8
• 5:45pm - 6:30pm: Swim Team members ages 9+

May 25 - June 27 (weekdays only)

• 8:00am - 8:30am: Optional practice for Swim Team members and Juniors who cannot attend at their normal time
• 8:30am - 9:15am: Swim Team members ages 5-8
• 9:15am - 10:00am: Swim Team members ages 9+
• 10:00am - 10:30am: Juniors

Families with at least 1 swimmer on the Swim Team will be required to sign up for volunteer roles to support the Swim Team operations.  Each family must commit to volunteer roles that total 5 'points' throughout the season to complete registration.  If changes to availability impact your ability to fulfill these commitments during the season, we will work with you to accommodate those changes.
