Volunteers - Meet 1 5/31/23
Hello Parents!
Thank you to all of those who have already signed up to volunteer for the meet on Wednesday night. Reminder, if your swimmer is swimming YOU need to volunteer for at least 1 shift that night! Please see below for the current volunteer shifts. All volunteer roles are easy to learn, but if you don't feel comfortable with a role and need to switch please let me know ASAP ([email protected]). You'll also see that we have 2 roles still available, which is Timer Shift 2. If you can add on a 2nd role or if any floaters want to sign up for that role please let me know. At the meet we will have a Hampton Woods volunteer table set up so please come check in for your volunteer role when you arrive at the meet. If you are volunteering in shift 2 PLEASE make sure you are paying attention and ready for your shift to start when we need you. Let me know if you have any questions.
