Reminder of the stroke clinic for Hammerheads swim team members at 5pm this evening at the Hampton Woods pool!  We will be focusing on backstroke tonight.  Stroke clinic is only for swimmers who can swim the entire length of the pool without assistance.

At Coach Olivia's request, please bring an empty plastic disposable water bottle to practice because they are going to use these to refine their backstroke!
