We are looking for coaches for our 2024 Hampton Woods Hammerheads swim team! Here are some things to keep In mind for those interested In coaching: 

*Coaches must be able to participate In all practice days/times. Planned absences will need to be coordinated with me in advance. 

*Coaches are required to attend and participate In all 5 swim meets. This means that every coach will be entered to swim in at least one event in each meet. Planned absences for meets will need to be coordinated with me in advance. 

*Coaches must be productive and helpful during all practices and meets. While swim team is supposed to be fun, we need all coaches to treat their time on the pool deck as a job not playtime. If a coach Is not fulfilling their responsibilities, they will be released from the job. 

*Brief Interviews will be held with all applicants to ensure they are truly Interested In coaching and will bring a positive attitude to the team! There is a limited number of coaching positions so unfortunately we will not be able to take everyone who is interested. 

Coaches must be at least 14 years old or rising high school freshmen. Applications are due by 3/31/24.
