We have our first away meet of the 2024 season tomorrow, Wednesday, June 5th, against the North Forest Flying Fish!

The address for the North Forest pool is 2440 North Forest Dr. NE, Marietta, GA 30062.  Parking will be on one side of the street only.  Please carpool if at all possible!  When you enter the pool deck, the entire area to the right of the pool will be designated for our team.  

Their pool has 4 lanes and has blocks on the starting end.  Swimmers can choose to dive off the block or sit dive.  The second and fourth legs of the 100-yard relays will have to sit dive because there are not blocks on that end of the pool.  North Forest installed an electronic timing system this year, so timers will learn how to use that when they arrive at the pool.  It loads times directly into Meet Maestro and displays live results!  

Concessions will include pizza, BBQ, drinks, baked potatoes and more.  They accept cash or Venmo.  

Coaches and swimmers must arrive at the pool no later than 5:15 to begin warmups at 5:30.  If your swimmer will need to put on sunscreen and/or have their arm marked up, please arrive earlier than 5:15.  If you would prefer to mark your swimmer's arm up at home, you can find the instructions on our website along with a list of things to bring with you to the meet: https://hamptonwoods.swimtopia.com/meet-informatio.....  You will use the Athlete Check-In attached for this purpose.

If you haven't already, you can download the Swimtopia app on your phone to keep track of the meet including event status and results. I have attached the heat sheet for tomorrow's meet so you can see what events your swimmer(s) are participating in!
