Good Morning, Hammerheads Families!  We had a fantastic second meet of the 2024 season last night against the North Forest Flying Fish!  Unfortunately, the Flying Fish won the meet with a score of 544 to our Hammerheads' 298, but lots of fun was had by all (perhaps except the excessive mosquito bites most of us went home with...)!  HOWEVER, we had THIRTY-NINE swimmers achieve their personal best time for at least one race in last night's meet!  This just shows how much our team rose to the occasion and swam their hearts out against North Forest's solid team!  

I had lots of questions about the electronic timing system that North Forest uses, which seems to generate more accurate times and also enters those times directly into our software rather than having someone manually key each time.  We are definitely going to look into purchasing the system and if possible we will have it in use for our next home meet on June 19th.  More to come on that in a future email!

Thank you for everyone's help last night to make sure the meet ran smoothly.  We will see you at next week's meet against Chadd's Walk!
