We will hold our second stroke clinic this evening at the Hampton Woods pool.  This week's focus will be on butterfly.  As we had a large group of participants last week, we will split the swimmers into 2 groups to allow us to more closely work with them on their stroke.  This week, swimmers ages 5-8 will swim from 5-5:30pm and swimmers 9+ will swim from 5:30-6pm.  If we do not have a large group, we may combine the groups.  Please email [email protected] if you plan to bring your swimmers, and what ages they are so we can get a feel for the size of the group.
