Dear Hammerhead Families,

In an effort to ensure the most accurate attendance and volunteer coverage, I’ve reset the volunteer sign-up for this week’s swim meet.

If your swimmer is participating, please take a moment to sign up for a volunteer role. At least one parent or guardian is required to cover one volunteer shift. None of the roles are difficult, and I’m more than happy to answer any questions or walk you through anything if needed.

If you sign up as a floater, please be aware that you may be reassigned to fill another position if it is left unfilled.

Additionally, please remember to check in at the volunteer table upon arrival at the meet. This allows us to account for all volunteers and ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
