Cecilia Mortorano here. I am excited to serve as your Volunteer Coordinator for our 2026 Hammerheads swim season! First and foremost, before we get in to the nitty gritty, let’s have a little fun. 

I know we are going to have amazing parent volunteers supporting our swimmers this season. I’d like to gauge interest in a volunteer tank top for the season- I’ve attached a proof- if you would be interested in this type of apparel, the cost would be $18.08 per tank top as long as we have a minimum of 24 ordered. 

While every family is required to fill at least one volunteer shift per meet (more on that later), let me be clear that purchasing a tank top is 100% optional and NOT required- just something for fun :).

Anyway, please let me know by Friday 4/24 if you are interested by adding your info to the  spreadsheet below. If we have enough interest, I’ll be back in touch with next steps!
