Final home meet!! Thank you to everyone who has volunteered, stayed flexible, jumped into extra roles, and helped make this season such a fun one. Swim team only works because families show up for each other, and I appreciate all of you.

I still need help filling first shift scorekeeping. You’ll record swimmers’ times into the computer during the meet, and I promise this is more “click buttons and enter numbers” than “hack into the Pentagon.” We will help get you set up and support you.

One additional ask: swimmer volume is lower than usual, so please be flexible if I need to shift assignments a bit to keep things running smoothly. And please remember to check in when you arrive — I may look calm, but I’m mostly operating on caffeine, vibes, and… you never really know what else is in my cup. If I don’t know you’re here, I’ll assume I need to fill your role.

And finally — thank you for tolerating me this season. I’ve had so much fun getting to know everyone a little better through rain, sweat, and very few tears. Thanks for making this such a great group to spend a summer with. Let’s finish the season strong 🏊
