It is hard to believe summer is right around the corner and our swim team season starts in just 2 short weeks!  Just a few reminders below!  Please let us know if you have any questions or need anything!

 

First Practice:  Practices begin on Monday, May 15th - 4:30-5:15 for 5-8 year olds and 5:15-6:00 for 9 and ups!  We will have a bag for your swimmer at the first practice and we will also hold a Parent Meeting during each practice time.. this will give you a chance to ask questions and for us to review some important info!

 

Swimsuits:  If you have not done so already, please go to Atlanta Swim Academy and order your swimsuits!  They have the order form there.. so just go in and tell them you are with Hampton Woods and they will give you the information.  Don't wait!!  You want to have your suit in hand before our first swim meet!

 

Communication:  Please request to like our Hampton Woods Swim Team Facebook page!  That is the easiest way for us to communicate with everyone during the season.  As you know bad weather pops up and if we have to cancel or delay a practice that is the first place we will let everyone know!  We will also send emails but FB is much faster!

 

Payments:  Please make sure you have mailed your swim team payment (or dropped it in my mailbox) if you did not pay by credit card when you registered.  Checks should be made out to Hampton Woods Swim Team and mailed to:  4513 Hampton Woods Drive.
