We are so excited to have your child(ren) on our swim team this summer!!  It is hard to believe that practices start in just a few short weeks!  The first practice is scheduled for 5/16.  You will receive more communication from us as we approach that date!  There are 3 of us that will be Coordinating the team this summer-  Emily Ratliff, Gina Laney and Ashley Cook.  Please email us at [email protected] at anytime with anything that you need!

 

The main way we will communicate with you throughout the season will be by email.  If there is anyone else you would like to add to this email group please let us know.  We also have a team Facebook page that we use to communicate and share pictures and fun team info so if you are on Facebook look for our Hampton Woods Hammerheads page and request to join.  It is a secret and private group so only people that request to join and we accept can see what is posted on the page.

 

COACHES:  We are very excited about our Coaching Staff for the summer!  Coach Olivia is our Head Coach and she is one of the coaches for the Stingrays..  we are so excited to have her coach for us this summer!  Our two Assistant Coaches will be Coach Stephanie (those of you that were with us last summer will remember her!) and Coach Stephen.  Coach Stephanie attends the University of South Carolina and Coach Stephen attends Georgia Tech.  Davis Cooper will also be helping us out occasionally as a Junior Coach!

 

SWIM SUITS!!  If you have not done so already, please make sure you stop by Atlanta Swim Academy and place your order for our team swim suit!  They are royal blue speedo suits that will be embroidered with our swim team logo.  Just tell them you are with Hampton Woods and they will have the order form.. or you can print one from our team website and take it with you.  It takes a little while to get them embroidered so don't wait to order them!!  Please place your order by no later than May 1st !!  If your order is placed by 5/1 we will pick up your suit for you and give it to you at practice.
