Hello 2014 Swim Team Families!! Thank you so much for registering for the Hampton Woods Swim Team for this summer.  We are excited about the summer (which is almost here!) and are looking forward to a FUN swim season!!

4 Quick Reminders for You:

1.  Right now we are scheduled to start practice on May 12th in the afternoon.  This may change to May 19th depending on the schedule of our coaches.  I will let you know when I know for sure the start date!  T-shirts, swim suits, swim caps, etc... will be given out at practice starting on May 19th (even if we start on the 12th).  

2.  You will be required (by Cobb County) to sign info about Concussions BEFORE your child(ren) can practice for the first time!  So please plan on coming to practice the first time your child comes so you can quickly read and sign then info.

3.  SWIM SUITS:  Please order your swim suits for your child(ren) at Atlanta Swim Academy by May 1st!  They will be sent out after that date to be embroidered.. 

4.  VOLUNTEERING:  If you did not sign up to volunteer for one shift per swim meet (for each family), please visit the swim team website and sign up asap!  Once on the website, look at the Events section on the main page (bottom left) and you will see a "V" button next to each meet.  Click on that V and you will be taken to a screen where you can easily sign up for a spot or change your current selection.  

****Angela Stone is our Volunteer Coordinator this year and she is starting to work on making sure we have volunteers assigned to each spot for each meet.  Please visit the site and make your selections by May 9th!!  Angela will be checking the volunteers for each meet after that and assigning you to a spot if you have not already signed up for one.
