2013 Registration Instructions

2013 Hampton Wood Hammerhead Swim Team Registration is Open through April 22nd!
Instructions
1. Click on the "Online Registration" button in top right corner. Please IGNORE the "Click here if you've registered for this team before." link. We need ALL families to register this year!
2. Forms
- Everything in RED is required.
- Special note: Swimmers are required to be registered by their guardian/parent separately. We have allowed families in the past who have members visiting, etc. to all register together. We cannot allow this per Cobb County rules (must have the guardian/parent info on file for all swimmers).
- Swimmer information - Please double-check birth dates! Be sure to indicate t-shirt size for each swimmer!
3. Volunteering: You must select your volunteer jobs for EACH meet your child(ren) will attend. Sign up early to ensure you have your choice!
4. Fees - Covers county fees, cap, t-shirt, end of year party, trophies (for those attending 2 or more meets), ribbons, etc.
2013 Hammerhead Team Fees:
$100 - first swimmer
$90 - second swimmer
$80 - third swimmer
$70 - fourth swimmer
$60 - fifth swimmer
$50 - Swimmers in 13-14 age group
Junior Hammerhead Team Fees: $85 per swimmer (covers t-shirt, lessons, and mini-meet)
5. Select "Pay Later" option for payment.
6. Pay & Get Your Suit (same suit as 2012)!
a. Send check to Lenore Willis, 898 Chestnut Lake Drive, Marietta, GA 30068: Attn: Swim Team. Make check out to Hampton Woods Swim Team.
b. On the HW Swim Team homepage, print copy of swim suit order form and visit ASA to be sized for suit (go to "Links"). Junior Hammerheads do not need a team suit!
7. To access your account again, you will need to use the site password which we will email you on April 23rd. Then you will create your own unique password.
